What comes with the purchase of this promotion?
For this particular promo, we will provide you with a mini-consultation that will consist of asking you a few simple questions about the message you're looking to convey through the logo of your brand. This includes color, typography, and image preferences if you have them. We will then design you one fully executed logo and provide you with the editable file within 3 business days.

What if I don't have any ideas or preferences about what I want my logo to look like?
No problem! As design professionals, it is our responsibility to do the necessary research to provide you with a logo that is suitable for your unique industry and one that you and your target audience can take seriously.

How long is the turn-around time for my logo?
3 business days.

What if I decide I want to revise it? Will there be an additional fee?
Yes. If you like what you see but would like to build upon what we have provided you, we can upgrade your promotion to one of our regular logo packages. These packages include a more extensive consultation and up to 4 revisions per design.

Can I apply a coupon or combine other promotional discounts with this offer?
Since this promotion is already at a greatly discounted rate, it can not be combined with other discounts or promotions. Sorry!

PAYMENT PROCESS

All payments must be made in full prior to the start of any design work. No exceptions. We accept payment via Check, Chase QuickPay, and Paypal.

Note: Personal checks must be cleared through our bank account prior to the start of any work. Our 3 business day turn around will start once we receive confirmation from our bank that the check has been cleared. All payments through Paypal will be subject to a 3% processing fee.
